The Carden Way: Rebuilding The Employee Experience

Since the beginning, The Carden Group has held to the belief that organizations thrive when their people feel valued, have clarity in their roles and are fully aligned to a higher purpose. It’s that simple

We believe when employees are valued, leadership is committed to the process and teams are armed with the right skills that are practiced daily — at every level — organizations can reach beyond their own expectations.

Nothing we do is rocket science and the skills are not necessarily difficult. But we are all humans. And as humans, we like to stay in our comfort zones, and we like to help others stay in their comfort zones. Our goal isn’t to push people to the point they shut down. Our approach is to give them the right tools in a digestible way so they may begin to weave them into the fabric of their daily interactions.

So how does TCG do this?

By implementing The Carden Way (TCW), we rebuild the employee experience one organization, one team and one leader at a time.

Create A Shared Vision

TCW takes an unorthodox approach to build cultures of excellence to drive even better results. By working closely with key stakeholders, we can identify and uncover the true nature of their challenges and discover opportunities to rebuild the employee experience for even greater success.

Build Understanding

Our approach recognizes the nuances that exist among different levels of leadership and employees within an organization’s culture. TCG advisors take a deep dive, assessing team dynamics at every level and often in multiple facilities.

By taking the time and actively listening at all levels, we can begin to customize a formula to rebuild the employee experience based on an organization’s unique challenges.

Apply Our Unique Formula

Unlike others who work in this space, TCG becomes a trusted partner for its clients, serving as business advisors to drive even better cultures, leading to even better results. Our solutions are real and relevant for our clients to achieve and exceed the goals and objectives identified when establishing the shared vision.

We also understand and are sensitive to the fact that every organization is unique with different situations and needs. We personalize TCW to meet our clients where they are (current situation) and adapt it to ensure we drive results (desired situation). TCW is not an “off the shelf” formula but more of a tailored approach that creates return on all invested efforts. This is why our clients see us as trusted partners.

Transform Teams

Our approach doesn’t try to “boil the ocean.” We’ve found success demonstrating practical, tactical skills and having them put into practice in real time. Once the teams have had a chance to put their new tools to use, we regroup to discuss their results, share best practices and uncover opportunities.

Doing this creates momentum and a shared experience for the team. Now, we can take the next step, layer on additional skills and begin working them into daily practice.

Transfer Skills

Ultimately, our goal is to weave TCW into the DNA of the organization and work our way out the door. Through our skills transfer process, we work with the client to identify strong team members who will go on to experience bootcamp-type coaching.

These individuals, often referred to as ambassadors, are then responsible to continually cultivate TCW with ongoing team member education, new employee orientation, etc.

When organizations successfully implement TCW into their cultures, greater results are realized, teams begin working cohesively, leaders gain greater clarity and the overall employee experience improves.
