Amanda helps companies stretch to all corners of the globe. She is an expert in implementing sales processes and leadership development programs centered around behavior change in both large and small organizations. Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi college in 1968, and received his Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1975. He spent 20 years in public speaking, training volunteers, counseling and ministry. From 1995-2009, Charles focused on fundraising by leading capital campaigns for more than 125 churches, which totaled over 250 million dollars.In 2009, Charles became a training and development specialist. He uses his sense of humor and high energy level to train and motivate clients to achieve company objectives. His effectiveness as a trainer is the result of his genuine appreciation for other people and his desire to see them succeed.
When Charles isn’t traveling and motivating people across the country, he enjoys spending time reading, playing golf and time with his family.
Rick has more than 28 years’ experience in the design, implementation and measurement of behavioral change strategies within both large and small organizations. His expertise in imparting the necessary skill sets has made him invaluable to effectively change leadership levels, increase employee retention and expand organizational strategies for bottom-line results.
Rick brings outside perspective to his work from his experiences running a sales consulting firm and having consulted for a vender-equipment manufacturing firm which focuses on providing high quality profitable equipment at a reasonable price.
He is committed to tapping the unrealized potential in an organization and is please to know those he works with often see the unexpected benefit of a dramatic positive impact on their personal life as well as their business life. Shea has a huge passion for leadership and motivation, inspiring others to reach their full potential while experiencing the positive impact it has on their everyday lives. Through her delivery, she strives for “Aha!” moments to take place through the employee’s own self-discovery in every interaction. Shea believes success can be reached by making educated decisions in a timely manner and most often that requires stepping out into uncomfortable territory.
Shea graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, where she earned her degree in communications studies. She was the president of the student athletic body and led the NCAA all American academic team with a 4.0 GPA. After college, Shea transitioned to sales which allows her to travel the globe, gain expertise in domestic and international travel resulting in multi-million dollar sales.
Tim began guiding and leading audiences, September 2001, with Tony Robbins’ leadership team, Life Mastery. Tim has shared his message with over 100,000 people, speaking for Fortune 500 Companies, on college campuses, a 2011 TEDx talk and more. He has dedicated his life to helping and motivating others. He will leave you energized and motivated with a renewed sense of purpose.
His endeavors include strategic social media consulting for small business and launching two podcasts. In 2010, Tim built a successful speaking business and has been featured in over 250 newspapers across the nation and went on to author his autobiography: How We Roll.

Josh’s family and his faith is what he deeply loves and lives for! He lives in Jefferson City, MO with his wife Jami and their 3 children…Rowen, Ross and Julia.

He receives a Masters Degree from the School of Hard Knocks every day while raising 4 great kids and being a husband to his wife Michelle. Over the last 20+ years, Josh has experience in financial planning, sales, consulting, training, keynote speaking, real estate (sales and investing), youth sports and non-profits. He uses his great sense of humor and high energy to engage audiences and motivate attendees to have fun and act for even better results in life. His passion is impacting people to create better environments at work and at home. He loves to help people find their untapped potential and improve their overall outlook on life.
